All of our offers are subject to conditions and availability

Our guests are required to provide a pre-authorisation on a credit or debit card upon arrival. The pre-authorisation amount is £25 per apartment and is to cover any extras or incidents that may occur whilst you are staying with us. Please note that a pre-authorisation is not a payment and is held by your bank and will be released to you upon departure if no incidences occur whilst you stay with us. Depending on your bank the pre-authorisation may take up to 9-10 working days to be released.

Best Rate Guarantee

If you find your room online at a lower price within 24 hours of making a booking with the same booking conditions, we will match it. Just contact us within 24 hours of making your booking with details of the website.

We will match it under the following conditions: 

• You have an existing reservation made via our own website
• You are still within the cancellation period of your booking
• The lower price is still available when we check and bookable online
• The lower price is for the same room that you have booked on our website
• The same check-in and check-out dates
• Same room type
• Same booking conditions (breakfast included, non-refundable, etc..)

No Best Guarantee if you book our hotel room through:

• Group rates, corporate rates, wholesale rates, associate rates, or rates that are part of a travel package do not qualify.
• Rates that are part of a travel agent’s package or promotions do not apply (including booking basic via booking.com).

On the Day Rate

Book on the same day as arrival and save 10%. This rate is non-amendable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. Please note that this rate is only bookable online. Remember to pre-book breakfast & dinner to obtain further savings.

A pre-authorisation of the first night’s value is obtained prior to arrival. The pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds have been debited from your account.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations are non-amendable, non-cancellable and non-refundable. In the case of a no-show, a 100% charge for the first night’s accommodation is applicable.

Best Available Rate

Our Best Available Rate gives you the flexibility to amend or cancel your booking within our flexible cancellation policy period.

Stay 2 Nights & Save 5%

Sunday to Thursday nights only.

The hotel operates a 24-hour cancellation policy (this excludes our Advance Purchase Rate which cannot be cancelled or amended under any circumstances). Reservations must be amended or cancelled by 16:00 pm on the day prior to arrival to avoid a 100% charge for the first night’s accommodation.

Stay 3 Nights & Save 10%

Guarantee Policy 
A pre-authorisation of the first night’s value is obtained 24 hours prior to arrival. The pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds have been debited from your account.

Cancellation Policy 
The hotel operates a 24-hour cancellation policy (this excludes our Advance Purchase Rate which cannot be cancelled or amended under any circumstances). Reservations must be amended or cancelled by 16:00 pm on the day prior to arrival to avoid a 100% charge for the first night’s accommodation.

Gift Vouchers

Accommodation Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, and bookings must be made within this period. Gift Vouchers are for one use only. Gift Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed, photocopied or altered in any way and will not be accepted by The Old Waverley Hotel or be otherwise redeemable. Vouchers are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Should the total spend be more than the value of the Gift Voucher, The Old Waverley Hotel will invoice for the difference and this must be paid upon departure. The original Gift Voucher must be presented upon check-in. If the voucher cannot be produced upon check-in, then payment must be made for the accommodation booked. In this instance, the voucher can be used at a future date (before the expiry date).

Afternoon Tea Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, and bookings must be made within this period. Gift Vouchers are for one use only. Gift Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed, photocopied or altered in any way and will not be accepted by The Old Waverley Hotel or be otherwise redeemable. Vouchers are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Should the total spend be more than the value of the Gift Voucher, The Old Waverley Hotel will invoice for the difference and this must be paid upon departure. The original Gift Voucher must be presented upon arrival. If the voucher cannot be produced upon arrival, then an alternative payment must be made. In this instance, the voucher can be used at a future date (before the expiry date).
